1. Description of Service

Get Target Resume provides an AI-powered document tailoring service. We help users generate targeted versions of their professional resumes and matching cover letters based on their "Core Resume" and specific job descriptions. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While we strive for high-quality, professional-grade outputs, AI generations may vary in accuracy, tone, and formatting. All documents should be reviewed, edited, and verified by the user before submission to employers. Get Target Resume is not responsible for the success or failure of job applications.

2. Accounts & Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Credits, Payments & Refunds

Get Target Resume operates on a pre-paid credit basis (Pay-as-you-go).

• Definition of a Credit: One (1) Credit entitles the user to generate one (1) tailored resume. The generation of a matching cover letter for that specific resume is included at no additional credit cost.
• Usage: Credits are consumed at the moment the "Generate" action is initiated.
• Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. We reserve the right to expire credits on accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Refunds: Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. If a technical failure prevents the delivery of a generated document, please contact support for a credit reversal.

4. User Responsibilities & Fair Use

You must not use the platform to generate misleading, fraudulent, or illegal documents. You agree not to "scrap" the service or use automated bots to generate content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent our credit system.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership to the personal data, resumes, and cover letters generated through our service.

Our Content: Get Target Resume retains all rights to the platform's design, code, proprietary prompt engineering, and technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Target Resume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost job opportunities) resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
